Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026. Last updated September 4, 2026.

These Terms govern the website at socialtraffic.ca and any managed service purchased from Social Traffic Inc. A signed proposal, order form, or service agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement.

1. Website and offers

Our website describes two fixed-scope services: Instant Lead Response and the 30-Day Quote Rescue Sprint. Published prices, source or record caps, time frames, payment milestones, and eligibility requirements remain subject to qualification and the written scope accepted by the client.

2. Social Traffic workspace

A service may be installed in a client-authorized Social Traffic workspace or compatible existing location. The client may authorize limited access to its current tools, approved source connections, or a minimum export. Continued workspace access after the included period is optional and priced separately. Access does not expand the accepted service scope.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate source, status, consent/contact-basis, suppression, and outcome information.
  • Approve the eligible audience, sender, content, channels, schedule, and escalation rules.
  • Maintain required registrations and permissions.
  • Assign staff to respond promptly to interested people.
  • Not provide purchased, scraped, deceptive, or unauthorized records.
  • Keep prices, financing, availability, and service claims accurate.

4. Scope and changes

Only the work stated in the accepted scope is included. New locations, data sources, integrations, campaigns, custom software, manual sales activity, or record volume require written approval and may change the fee or schedule.

5. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee replies, appointments, sales, revenue, rankings, savings, inbox or handset receipt, or legal compliance. We are responsible for the configuration, operation, stop rules, routing, testing, and reporting stated in the accepted scope. Customer demand, carrier or provider behavior, lead quality, client pricing, capacity, staff response, and closing remain outside our control.

6. Fees, completion protection, and third-party costs

Fees and payment timing are stated in the accepted order. Instant Lead Response and Quote Rescue use one upfront installation payment after the scope is approved, including the first 30 days of account access. Continued hosted account access is optional and billed monthly after that period. If an agreed workflow fails its test, we fix it before sign-off. If a Quote Rescue audience of at least 40 approved records produces no interested replies, an accepted order may include 90 additional days without a platform fee for the already approved new-quote path. That extension does not include another historical import, a new source, new copy, a new campaign, or managed sales work. Messaging, AI, sender registration, premium provider, integration, and other approved usage or third-party costs may be billed separately. Except where an accepted order says otherwise, work begins after the one-time installation payment and required access are received.

7. Data, access, and security

The client grants only the access required for the service and confirms it has authority to provide the data. Each party must protect credentials and notify the other of suspected unauthorized access. Data handling and retention follow the accepted agreement and our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing materials. After full payment, the client may use the client-specific approved copy, mappings, and reports delivered for its business. Social Traffic retains its reusable workflows, templates, methods, software, and know-how.

9. Suspension and termination

We may pause or terminate work for unsafe data, missing authorization, provider restrictions, abuse, nonpayment, security concerns, unlawful requests, or material scope breach. Offboarding, export, deletion, refunds, and surviving obligations follow the accepted order and applicable law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Social Traffic’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, except where law does not allow that limitation.

11. Governing terms and contact

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Questions may be sent to Social Traffic Inc., 40 Wynford Drive, North York, Ontario M3C 1J5, Canada, by email at [email protected], or by phone at (855) 576-0406.
