The personal data we collect is primarily stored in our Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland. As we are a remote company, we process data in the countries we live in (including: Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, the United-Kingdom, the United States) and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties identified below.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Social Traffic Inc is located to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of our Services. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Social Traffic Inc shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Social Traffic Inc with respect to your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of these Terms.
