Generic check-in
“Hi, just checking in. Are you ready to move forward?”
- No clear status question
- No reason or next date recorded
- Another task still lands on staff
Window & door companies · 30-day sprint
In 30 days, every approved quote returns as an estimator action, a dated follow-up, a recorded outcome, or a completed sequence with no reply. A person reviews every homeowner response.
The expensive silence after a quote
Some homeowners already chose someone else. Some delayed the project. Some still have a question. When every record just says “open,” your estimator cannot tell which one deserves a call.
The first job is not sending more reminders. It is giving every quote a truthful status, a next action, and an owner.

What comes back
We do not call silence a homeowner decision. We show exactly what happened: who replied, what they said, what your estimator needs to do, and which records received the full campaign with no response.
Open the synthetic sample reportEvery submitted row is reconciled as excluded, approved, contacted, replied, or completed with no response.
The wording and record matter
Automatic quote follow-up is already available in many contractor systems. A generic check-in still gives the homeowner little reason to answer and gives your estimator no useful status. The sprint asks one clear question, stops on the reply, records the reason, and assigns the next action.

Quote Rescue status question
“Are you still considering the project, have you postponed it, or did you choose another option?”
How the sprint works
We remove sold work, duplicates, prior opt-outs, invalid contacts, stale records, and anything without an approved contact basis.
You approve the sender, audience, wording, timing, and stop rules. Email is the default for founding sprints.
Up to four carefully timed contacts run over 21 days. A person reviews every homeowner reply and routes the next action.
Your estimator receives interested homeowners with quote context. You receive a reconciled report for the entire submitted list.
One complete installation
We install one branded Social Traffic account around the full customer lifecycle. Start by recovering old quotes, then use the same account for every new lead, appointment, proposal, review, and referral.
Fixed installation
Includes the complete setup and the first 30 days of access.

A one-time installation of your complete branded Social Traffic account. Quote Rescue is configured as the first campaign, including up to 500 submitted quote records, reply routing, and a reconciled report. The first 30 days are included. Ongoing account access is optional.
No. Your estimating, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting tools stay in place. For the sprint, we need a minimum secure export containing only the approved quote fields. New quotes can enter through a small intake form, a scheduled export, or an approved connection when one is reliable.
It may, and we will use what already works. The sprint is the backlog project around the reminder: screening recent records, approving the contact basis and message, reviewing homeowner replies, routing the exact next action with quote context, and reconciling every submitted row. We are not selling a reminder button as a new invention.
Sales are not guaranteed. You still receive the completed campaign, classified replies, estimator queue, reconciled report, and the full account installed around the customer lifecycle. If an agreed deliverable fails, we fix it before sign-off.
No. We guarantee the work we control: every approved record receives the agreed campaign, every reply is classified and routed, and you receive the reconciled report within 30 days. Pricing, homeowner demand, sales calls, and closing remain with your company.
A person reviews replies from the historical Quote Rescue campaign. AI is available for approved new-lead channels in the same account. It follows your rules and cannot negotiate, invent prices, or continue after a stop condition.
No. The founding sprint runs by email, so text activation and text-message funding are not required to start. Text can be evaluated later only when the record has the required documented consent and the sending setup is approved.
No. This form asks for business-level information only. Customer records are requested later through an agreed secure transfer method, with the fields, retention period, and deletion date documented first.
